Blueberry Cranberry Sauce

1 Cup of Florida Blueberries
2 Cups of Cranberries
1 Cup of Florida Orange Juice
1 Tablespoon of Orange Zest
3/4 Cup of Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Cinnamon Stick

Combine all ingredients in saucepan and bring to a simmer, let cook gently for 15 minutes or until the cranberries pop. Let set for a few days before serving.

I add extra berries when I can, just remember that they are juicy and will make the sauce a little thinner. You can also use splenda, or half splenda and half sugar, it’s still great!
